Terms of Use

1. Purpose

Fimbi is a platform that generates Shopify stores (themes, content, images) from natural-language descriptions, lets you edit them through conversation, export them (ZIP) and publish them to a connected Shopify store. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Account

You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. You can delete your account at any time (the procedure is described in the privacy policy).

2a. Subscriptions

Access to generations is sold as a monthly subscription. Prices, renewal, cancellation, payment failure and the right of withdrawal are governed by the Terms of Sale, which form an integral part of your contract.

3. Beta service

Fimbi is in beta: the service is provided “as is”, evolves quickly and may experience interruptions, limitations (generation quotas) or changes to its features. We do our best, without any guarantee of availability or results.

4. Generated content and ownership

• Your themes belong to you: the stores generated from your descriptions (structures, text, images) are yours. You can export them, modify them and use them commercially.
• The Fimbi platform (code, brand, interface) remains our property.
• You grant us a limited license to your content, solely to operate the service (generating, storing, displaying, and publishing at your request).
• AI-generated content may require your review: you remain responsible for what you publish on your store (product descriptions, claims, prices…).

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Fimbi to:

• create unlawful, misleading, infringing or hateful content;
• copy the identity of an existing brand (logos, visual identity);
• circumvent the terms of use of Shopify or of our service providers;
• attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.

6. Shopify

Your store is connected through Shopify’s official authorization (OAuth). You can revoke this access at any time from your Shopify admin. Fimbi is not affiliated with Shopify Inc.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from a proven fault on our part. We are not responsible for your sales, for your store’s compliance with the regulations of your industry, or for third-party services (Shopify, hosting providers, AI models).

8. Termination

You can stop using Fimbi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after notice except in cases of emergency.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Contact: contact@fimbi.dev.
