Terms of Sale
Last updated: September 17, 2026.
These terms govern the sale of Fimbi subscriptions. They supplement the Terms of Use, which govern the use of the service. By subscribing, you accept both.
1. Seller
The service is sold by the publisher of the website, whose details are set out in the Legal Notice. Contact: contact@fimbi.dev.
2. Plans and prices
Fimbi is sold as monthly subscriptions with no minimum commitment. Each plan includes a number of credits per month, used by store generations and edits:
- Standard — €19.99 per month, 120,000 credits per month.
- Premium — €39.99 per month, 360,000 credits per month.
- ULTRA — €79.99 per month, 960,000 credits per month.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes for consumers. They may be changed at any time; a change only applies to subsequent periods and is notified to you by email before it takes effect.
3. Subscription and payment
Payment is made by bank card through our payment provider Stripe. Fimbi does not store any bank card data. Your subscription is confirmed by email as soon as the first payment is collected; that confirmation, together with the invoice issued by Stripe, serves as your invoice.
4. Renewal and credits
- The subscription renews automatically every month, on the anniversary date of your subscription, until it is canceled.
- Credits are topped up with each payment collected. They do not roll over from one month to the next: any unused balance is reset to your plan’s level on renewal.
- Credits have no monetary value and can be neither resold nor refunded separately from the subscription.
5. Payment failure
If a payment fails, you keep access to the service and your remaining credits for 7 days, giving you time to update your payment method. No new credits are granted until the payment is collected. After this period, generation is suspended until the payment is settled; the stores you have already created remain accessible.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Subscription → Manage my subscription, with no fees or notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access and your credits until that date. No prorated refund is given for the current period, except under the right of withdrawal (section 7).
Once your subscription ends, your stores remain in your account and the themes already published on Shopify keep working — they belong to you. Only generation and edits are suspended.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw, without having to give any reason.
Exception — immediate performance. Fimbi is a digital service provided immediately after subscription. When subscribing, you are asked to expressly request this immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal as of your first generation. As long as you have not launched any generation, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and obtain a full refund by writing to contact@fimbi.dev.
8. Availability and results
Fimbi is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts): the service relies on AI models and third-party providers, and guarantees neither a commercial result nor uninterrupted availability. A generation that fails does not use any credits. In the event of prolonged unavailability attributable to Fimbi, write to us: we will consider a goodwill gesture on a case-by-case basis.
9. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint may be sent to contact@fimbi.dev; we respond within 24 business hours. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking any legal action.
